At www.saggiphull.com, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must meet the following criteria:
Provide an unboxing video of the product within 24 hours of receiving it, and send the video along with a detailed explanation of the reason for return or refund to hello@saggiphull.com.
Return the product in its original packaging, along with the original bill, within 5 to 7 working days of receiving it.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Returned product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products sold on final sale
Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
Products that are damaged in transit while returning.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase within 5 to 7 working days.
